I haven't updated this blog in a very, very long time. I think my laziness in uploading pictures keeps me from writing. In my mind a good blog post has a few pictures to go along with it. Anyway, I am sitting on my laptop and don't have pictures, but want to write a quick update on Alex and all of the new things he is doing!
Alex's language has really exploded since Christmas. He says over 40 words and adds to that list all of the time. Here are just a few of the words he is saying:

Cold (Brrr)

Choo-Choo
Tree
Alex loves trucks, cars, and trains. When we are driving in the car he gets very excited to see any truck we pass. Today he kept pointing and saying, "Oh! Cool!" It was so funny to hear and I'm not sure where he picked up the word "cool". I'll have to pay attention to how often I use that word!
